This past Friday I went out for dinner with my college friends and we had a chocolate filled evening at Cacao 70 in the downtown area. This was actually the first time at this restaurant and I was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. Of course it was nice to get to get her with all my friends and hear what is new with their lives and the continuous struggle of finding a job after graduating...
The restaurant had a cool ambiance. Situated in the Gay village in downtown Montreal, there was barely anyone due to the rainy weather that night. I ordered a crêpes with strawberries and Belgium chocolate, and an English breakfast tea. It was delicious!
I do miss my college friends so much, we all live in different areas in and around the Montreal island, and with most of us having busy schedules seeing each other is such a treat. We stayed for two hours and a half just talking. We plan to meet up again after the holidays... And I can't wait to see them again!
